Having spent over a decade in the start-up sector, I have learned a great deal keeping a business alive. I have learned what digital marketing works plus the tactics and attitudes which do not. As such, I put my flesh into roles. To keep a company, its mission and vision alive I am invested to make it profitable. I have a ‘hands-on’ approach.  With talent, my management style is similar to Google’s. I pass project ownership to the best person to get the job done.

I am a seasoned SEO and inbound digital marketing specialist and consultant. For the past 12 years, I have been initiating & delivering, profitable cross-channel digital and traditional multi-lingual marketing and PR campaigns in-house or in-agency.  What sets me out as an employee or consultant is my ability to spot, exploit, and roll out strategies that gain a significant traffic, market share or conversions. In terms of attitude, I am results hungry and I demand this from my employer, client and team. Being highly motivated I love challenges and getting results.

Who would you say is best at guarding your company’s back? An individual rising through the ranks with proven successes or an individual with three masters in marketing, but mastered none with practice? 

I started my career in digital marketing on the cusp of the internet boom and its subsequent bust.  This did not deter me. I learned at the school of hard-knocks. Since then, my experience in the SME and start-up sectors taught me – sink or swim. I take regular CPD courses to keep me afloat.

Working  in-house and agency side I can put myself in your shoes or your clients. I have worn both boots.
