Having spent over a decade in the start-up sector, I have learned a great deal keeping a business alive. I have learned what digital marketing works plus the tactics and attitudes which do not. As such, I put my flesh into roles. To keep a company, its mission and vision alive I am invested to make it profitable. I have a ‘hands-on’ approach. With talent, my management style is similar to Google’s. I pass project ownership to the best person to get the job done.

I started my career in digital marketing on the cusp of the internet boom and its subsequent bust. This did not deter me. I learned at the school of hard-knocks. Since then, my experience in the SME and start-up sectors taught me – sink or swim. I take regular CPD courses to keep me afloat.
